- How to make BSC's delicious swiss meringue buttercream, a superior piping buttercream.
- Tips and tricks for colouring your buttercream.
- How to stack and crumb coat your cake. (demo)
- How to cover your cake with buttercream to create a smooth or rough edge finish.
